>Hero MotoCorp to Enter Europe and UK Market with Launch of Vida Electric Two-Wheeler
Vida
Hero MotoCorp, India’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer, plans to expand into the UK and European markets with its electric brand Vida in the second half of 2025. Executive Chairman Pawan Munjal announced that the Vida Z electric scooter will be the first product to launch in these markets, tailored to appeal to European riders. Following this, Hero intends to introduce high-capacity premium motorcycles in the region.
With a technology center in Germany and partnerships across Italy, Spain, France, and the UK, Hero MotoCorp is strengthening its global footprint. Currently, the company’s EV portfolio includes the Vida V1, with additional electric models planned to broaden its market reach.
Hero MotoCorp sees significant growth potential in global business and electric mobility, aiming to capture a larger share of the EV market while expanding exports, which currently represent a small portion of its overall revenue. The company has also invested in new facilities in Brazil, the Philippines, Nepal, and Bangladesh to support its international growth strategy.
